Any Coaching is a joint venture between the Coach and the Client. A totally confidential and structured process, it requires a commitment from the Client as a course is for 12 sessions.

(Under some circumstances, Clients may request an extension and Training is done by arrangement)

Generally the coaching sessions are once a week although can be fortnightly by arrangement.
