- Work out what you like to do best and write it down
- Work out what weight or fitness level you would like to achieve and write that down
- Set a time frame for change (in 12 weeks or in 2 months I would like my weight to be...or my life to be)
- What do you need to do to develop your new Lifestyle
- Update your attitudes to food, excersise and work balance
- Develop support structures with friends and family
- Keep motivated - if you believe it will happen
- Maintain a discipline- how much time each day will you spend exercising
- Make sure it's fun - for weight loss and fitness, work with a friend
